MV Flex Circuit produces rigid-flex circuit boards under IPC class II or III. You will have a look at our advantages:
MV Flex Circuit has passed ISO 9001:2015 certification. Here, you can find each inspector has his own responsibilities, such as IQC, IPQC, FQC, and OQC. You can rest assured of quality.
You can get a competitive price from us if you have the Gerber files. Rigid-flex circuit boards are not like the standard boards, and the quoting time is much longer than others.
We can manufacture your prototypes with fast delivery if you need to test your prototypes urgently. You need to pay the extra cost, depending on the short time you need.
After you place the order with us, you're worried about the status. We send the WIP(working in the process) report to you every week, and then you can know the status of your orders.
You can send the inquiry to us in your local language, and our sales team will communicate with you via email or phone. Therefore, don't worry about communication. We're always here.
If you are designing a new project, our engineering team will give you some advice. Meanwhile, our engineering team can help you to review your design and correct some errors.
MV Flex Circuit can help you get the best price if you send us your Gerber files. Our engineering team will provide a quotation within 1-2 hours. Even if we cannot provide the offer, our sales team will keep you informed of the status via email. Please don’t hesitate to contact us, as we are always here to help.
The rigid-flex PCB has a variety of advantages over the traditional board. Among them are reduced manufacturing costs, improved reliability, and better connectivity. This makes the rigid-flex PCB a popular choice for many industries.
The design of a rigid-flex PCB minimizes the need for multiple interconnects. Because of this, it reduces the number of solder joints and decreases connection impedance.
Using a rigid-flex PCB in a product makes it much more likely that the parts will remain in place during the extreme conditions they may encounter. It also provides extra mechanical support.
Rigid-flex PCB boards can be used in smart devices and medical equipment. They also provide an easy assembly process. They cut down on assembly and packaging costs by eliminating the need for wire harnesses, connectors, and other components. It can be folded to fit small enclosures.
In the consumer appliances and aerospace industries, rigid-flex boards are widely used. Consumer appliances such as ovens, dishwashers, air conditioning systems, and mobile phones can all be enhanced by a rigid-flex PCB.
Medical products such as drug delivery systems and surgical tools can also benefit from a rigid-flex PCB. These applications require a high level of performance. Also, it is ideal for devices subject to excessive movement because of its flexibility.

You will provide the Gerber files in 274X format to us. Meanwhile, please provide the specifications, such as board thickness, materials, copper thickness, stack-up, surface finish, solder mask, and silkscreen.
MV Flex Circuit can manufacture up to 20-layer rigid-flex PCB.
Typically, the standard surface finishes are immersion gold, LF HAL, immersion Tin, or immersion Silver. Sometimes, some of them are used in ENEPIG or hard gold.
