MV Flex Circuit could manufacture different types of flexible PCB, such as 1-layer, 2-layer, and multilayer flex PCBs.
We use international forwarders DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT. Typically, it takes around 2-3 days for shipping, which is better for your prototypes.
We have different sales teams to support you, no matter where you are from. You can use your local language to communicate with us.
Our engineering team can provide the professional advice for your design. If there're any errors in your Gerber files, we can help you to correct them.
If you need to test your prototype quickly, we suggest using our quick-turn service. We can produce the prototypes within 24H or 48H.
During the peak season, there are three shifts in our production department, and then we can meet the deliveries for our customers.
As for each shipment, we provide the COC report, soldering sample, and micro-section. You will find the specifications and also know the solderability.

Are you interested in flex PCB manufacturing processes? It’s not a new concept by now, because this technology is very mature. You will see the below steps to show the typical 2-layer flex circuit:
Material preparation – Circuit pattern exposure – Etching process – Drilling – Copper plating – Coverlayer application – Stiffener application – Electrical test – Final fabrication.
There’re some other related processes, such as surface finishes, gold fingers, edge spacing, and trimming.

1oz copper thickness, immersion gold(2u”) + gold finger (30u”), FR4 stiffener.

There are many different flexible copper-clad laminates in stock:
Shengyi SF305: PI= 0.5mil & 1mil & 2mil; Cu= 0.33oz & 0.5oz & 1oz;
Panasonic R‐F775: PI= 1mil & 2mil & 3mil; Cu= 0.5oz & 1oz;
Taiflex MHK: PI= 1mil & 2mil; Cu= 0.33oz & 0.5oz & 1oz;
DuPont Pyralux AP: PI=1mil & 2mil & 3mil; Cu= 0.5oz & 1oz
Due to the thin and flexible features, we don’t use the vacuum package for the flex circuit boards. Typically, we often use PE bags to pack them.

You will prepare the Gerber files and specifications and send them to us. Our engineering team will review the files and send the engineering questions for your approval. Our sales team will confirm the delivery date with you. After the goods are ready, we will ship them by air or by sea.

After the goods are ready, our shipping department contacts the forwarders UPS, DHL, or FedEx. If the customers have an account with the forwarder, we will ship the goods by their account.
Normally, it takes around 3-4 days for shipping.
Typically, the delivery time for the samples is 7 days, but we can produce them as quick-turn such as within 24 hours.
The delivery time for mass production is 2 weeks.
