Dupont Pyralux is a high-performance copper-clad laminate available in three different types of copper: RA, ED, and DT.
RA stands for rolled annealed copper, the most common type of copper used in circuit boards. ED stands for electrodeposited copper. DT stands for direct-treatment copper.

It is a family of materials widely used in manufacturing flexible and rigid-flex circuits. These materials comprise several layers, including a copper layer, an adhesive layer, and a polyimide layer.
The copper layer provides excellent electrical conductivity and serves as the conductive trace in the circuit. The adhesive layer binds the copper layer and the polyimide layer, which provides mechanical strength and flexibility to the material.
The polyimide layer is a high-performance polymer known for its excellent thermal stability, flexibility, and resistance to chemicals and moisture. These materials are available in different thicknesses, copper types, and adhesive types, allowing engineers and manufacturers to customize their solutions based on the specific needs of their applications.
Available in sheet form and comes in standard dimensions of 24 x 36 in, 24 x 18 in, and 12 x 18 in. Each pack of this contains a minimum of four sheets and a maximum of 25 sheets.
